How do I contact BookNook and get help if the platform is not working as expected?

If you encounter a technical issue or something isn’t working correctly, our Customer Care team is here to help. To ensure a quick resolution, please contact us with the details of your experience.
What to include in the Customer Care ticket form:
- The device type (e.g., Chromebook, iPad) and browser you are using (e.g., Chrome, Safari)?
- Where were you on the platform and what steps did you take right before the issue happened?.
- Identify the problem clearly. For example: The student reaches the game page and clicks the join button, but nothing happens. We have reloaded the page and closed the browser window, but the issue persists.
- Copy and paste the web address of the page where the issue occurred.
- Include a screenshot of the issue. A picture of the entire screen (rather than just a small snippet) is very helpful.
How to Take a Screenshot:
- PC/Windows: Press Windows Key + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool or the Windows Key + Print Screen Key.
- Mac: Press Command + Shift + 3. The file will save to your desktop.
- Chromebook: Press Ctrl + Show Windows (the button with a rectangle and two lines). The file will save to your Downloads folder.
- iPad: Press the Top Button and the Volume Up button at the same time. The file will save to your Photos.
