Why am I seeing “Tutor Unavailable” pop-ups during my session?

If the BookNook Tutor does not start the session at the 3 minute mark, this pop up notifies the student that the BookNook substitute system has kicked in and a BookNook Tutor substitute will join in a moment.

Notification pop-up stating the tutor is unavailable and a new one is being found.

10 Minute Mark

If a BookNook Tutor substitute does not claim the appointment, by 10 minutes past the start time, students will see this pop up.
