Internet Requirements

What are the internet and browser requirements for students and staff using BookNook?

Network Requirements

Internet is required. 

  • Run a Network Speed Test
  • Minimum Speed: 10 Mbps download/upload.
  • Recommended Speed: 20 Mbps+ for the best video experience.

Note: Please run this test on the specific device and network the student will be using.

Web Browser Requirements

BookNook's preferred web browser is Google Chrome. Consider downloading Google Chrome's most recent version

Supported Browsers:

  • Chrome v119+
  • Safari v17+
  • Edge v119+
